Especially with respect to the very important chemistry/resonance fit, there is psychological (to an extreme of AI-based) vs. existential paradigms that can be helpful to consider(see below* for some clarification on these paradigms.
My personal example - my main desirables in a community are basically: (1) a warm/more tropical climate, (2) an environmentally sustainable, balanced way of life, (3) a healthy environment, and finally (4) good resonance/chemistry amongst us. While (1) can be known merely through screens, (4) tends to be less known through screens. But maybe there’s a subjective intuition/feeling or knowing when interfacing with the screen/text/description of others’ intentions/values/ongoings/etc? (sorta like how Sadhguru talks about here)
*Sadhguru and Daniel Schmachtenberger^ both do a great job explaining the social-pscyhological meanings/language (many of us are (too) familiar with) that do not really/necessarily accurately relate to reality, vs. the existential nature of what really exists (in sound^^, for example).
^note: I was only able to put 2 links, so I’ll reply to this with the other 2 links (Daniel Schmachtenberger^ and sound^^)
