Hello communitarians! I am just curious to know where folks are located and if anyone would be interested in developing a rural community in Arizona?! I am likely not leaving this state and am considering land options north of Phoenix where it’s not so hot but am open to exploring Buckeye and areas on the fringe of the Valley.

I would be fine with moving back to central-north AZ to form an intentional community as long as we had the water situation solidly managed. My main interest in intentional community at this point, though, is finding others who wish to live free from pandemics - current and future - and are willing to engage in the isolation and quarantine-after-outside-visits habits needed to get there. I realize that’s going to be too extreme for many people.
