I am in northern Missouri on 6 mostly wooded acres, looking for some folks in self-contained tiny homes on wheels who would like to develop a little sustainable tiny home community with me. There’s no tiny home restrictions here. I have the cleared space for 3 to 6 tiny homes depending on how big we make the yards for each. This project is not going to be fully off grid, but have an emphasis on building sustainability over time. I will be charging a very modest lot rent, would consider doing a trade for work. There would be access to water and some electricity, but pretty primitive starting off.
Will likely be a community land trust in the very near future.
