Have started a new project in Tzununa on Lake Atitlan, Guatemala.
I live at a community nearby and work there as manager. I am using their building team, who are all locals and have good relationships with. Investment in this new project is currently available for as little as $5,000USD as a startup investor. It will have tropical fruit trees, multiple living spaces, yurts, sauna (temascal), cold plunge, community gardens and an under cover yoga deck with lake views for events.
