How does one find a realtor who understands intentional community? Or find something similar like campground or hospitality, retreat center ?

Also there’s a realtor who specializes in intentional communities named (sorry if I spell his name wrong) Jonah Mezritz who has been doing real estate work with this specialty for years, he’s also a good resource.
