Creating a community in the CA high desert

Hello. I’m Carmen and I own a small lot in the ‘ghost town’ of Cantil in Kern county, California. My fiancé and I are going to start building there within the next 3-4 months, and we’d really like to start our own community. It would be 420 friendly but no illegal substances, no partying or loud behavior. Animals are great but we do have 2 older Staffys that don’t really like medium to large dogs; we also have 2 cats. Horses are allowed on the property (a maximum of 4). We plan to raise chickens and perhaps other birds. We’re Christians in our 50s - he’s a carpenter and I’m in real estate as well as a produced screenwriter and artist. We are an interracial couple from NC. We especially welcome other creatives! If you buy in, you will have a half acre to place your yurt or tiny home on. Alternatively, we can build one large dwelling where everyone would have their own space. It is off grid for now.
