I am seeking to connect with a small group of like minded individuals in the Northeast to pool resources to obtain property for the purpose of creating an artistic community which lives in concert with the land. We create a legal structure and live independently and cooperatively, creating art (visual, film, music, other), while co-maintaining the financial, land and management structure. The land trust long term mission would be willed to conservation and animal sanctuary.

As a conservation land trust, structured by an attorney versed in that area of practice.
