The key to community is accountability. There are two ways, the way Intentional Communities run from, the top-down method and anarchy, which is basically accountability created by mutual consent.
To be accountable is to be subject to an accounting. If each member is not accountable in terms of an accounting linked to a system of accounts, there is some level of authoritarianism being practiced. Because only by using accounting can real equality occur.
Apriorian Unregulated wants to work with communities that prefer the anarchist way of organizing themselves. The true intentional community is a group that is able to grant rights to members and the main right is to be free of coercion or non-reciprocal obligations.

BTW, this is also a feeler to test for interest in forming a Christian anarchist community based on the principle of subsidiarity, the Golden Rule and the Labor Theory of Value,. Our unit of account is based on a unit of labor or work which makes it equity based (all current money is asset based - its a world of difference) Let me know if you are interested. Questions can be part of the discussion started above re accountability
