Wooded community looking for help to save a structure

Hi my friend has a 4 acre property in the countryside of Elkton, Maryland and it is an informal community that she is trying to cultivate. Some young guys lived there recently and put up a solid 15x15 structure in one corner of the property and abandoned the project before weatherproofing. She would like to see if anyone(s) would like to come out and do some work in lieu of rent to preserve the work already done. Anyone interested let me know.
