Thought it would be so fun and help my communitarian skills/experience if I went and stayed (happy to work/woof) at another established or forming community and in return, I can offer same amount of days stay at my beautiful farm and community atop a coastal redwood forrest, with bath house/sauna/hot tub and amazing cabin (and glamp level yurts) ,… not to mention some sweet and super cool fellow community members.
