Twin Cities Family Cooperative is a forming community. We’ve done a lot of learning on our own through reading Creating a Life Together, taking Yana Ludwig’s Starting a Community online training, and listening to Inside Communities Podcasts, etc. We are looking for an established community to mentor us as create our community. We are an urban, intergenerational, cohousing community in Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota. We’re looking for advice around membership, children in community, buy-in/out, economic systems and financial planning, bylaws, and I’m sure there are things we don’t even know we need to think about.
