I live in NYC, the world’s hub for The Rat Race imo. It’s ailed me for a long time now. I’m looking to reconnect with the sources of what I consume via intentional community. I’m 36 with a deep interest in psychoanalysis/psychology. I’m great at research, too. I’ve worked admin and retail jobs but never found true direction or fulfillment in those roles. My dream job would be outdoors, likely veggie farming. I have a lot of dreams and communal, intentional living is one of the burning dreams.
I’m looking to match with an IC of good-natured people who share my values, particularly that of not buying into our rigged society. Please reach out here.
I must add as a caveat that I have student loan debt, which I know might be a limiting factor for income-share ICs.
Hi, Twin Cities Family Cooperative is open to new members (including ones with debt).
We are an intergenerational community of individuals, couples, and families. We are queer-affirming, gender-inclusive, and multicultural. We value the spectrums of the human experience and each individual’s diverse abilities. We support each other in raising children and throughout all stages of life. We strive to live out of a place of abundance.
We are committed to nonviolence and environmental sustainability. We believe in the potential for radical transformation of society and see communal living as an element of that change. We strive to make meaningful contributions to society, engaged in dismantling the systems of racism and oppression in our society, including ways that capitalism supports those systems.
You can learn more about us on our website and facebook page. We have several events coming up, including online events and would welcome you to join us for those.
