Those in the area of Saint Cloud MN, willing to emergency house an illegally evicted, I’m invoking Good Samaritan laws to likely violate your/yiz’ lease, please. If this causes yi[z] to be arrested, I’d too be arrested & would attemt to take all repercussions for. For if noth help communities, we’ll end up like historical Rome. Our children be abandoned & forced from each’s rightful arms, as we’re forced to ignore & forget, making their illegal activities less than misdemeanors. Last night was supposed to have been saturating, yet proved to be otherwise. I’ve been sleeping outside for nigh a week, & would appreciate at least a floor, please? Thank yiz in advance. Survived the freezing night outside…
Three shelters in an entire city, observed noth to expree actual care for their communities. A shelter hub, noth actually a shelter and behaving in the capacity of a transitional housing - allowed floor sleepers yet forced to transport them elsewhere & prevent any sleeping on their floors & likely (by way of visitors hours) noth allowing homeless persons to stay aft & forcing them to find a place to sleep. They violate OSHA & Food Health & Safety regulations & laws (much evidences in their surveillances), as well as personal & business OpSec & HIPAA. Abandoned.
Another shelter allows floor sleepers only if the above ground temperatures are 39°F or fewer, regardless if the ground be frozen &/or covered in egesta. They hath a transitional housing correlation, (by word of mouth) yet those whom utilize are forced to look/apply for jobs. Yi sign an agreement to noth behave inappropriately & to defend aganst; yet when defending, they evict yi & hath yi arrested when yi rightfully fight against their illegal accusations. They allow illegal parking and unnecessary vocabularies be expreed (noth excluding fore younglings) & noth hold the same rules for their staff as they expect of their tenants. They observe noth to care, nor hath proper concern, for their communities. Violating personal OpSec & HIPAA as if noth any care; breathalyzers executed in public perview with no privacy- complacency. Noth expressing against those executions of behaviors & conversations that violate their regulations/policies, yet speaking out against those whom defend against. Abandoned.
A church that exprees to be of assistances, yet commits blasphamy in its own. Forcing [nigh] every person abound to pay with their unearned income (illegal) or force them out the door (with many factions (including the Va) backing such). Violating personal & business OpSec & HIPAA, allowing other illegal interactions (littering, parking, sexual harassment/assault, Food Health & Safety, secured building (allowing the doors to be propped open), whoring (forcing their transitional & floor sleepers to stay in a certain building fore moving into an appartment setting (VA allowing)), & etc…). Abandoned.
Why be a city/town without any plans against homelessness? Why allow illegal interactions against [[un]written] Good Samaritan & Common Sense laws?? If a law enforcer were to walk into a store (regardless of uniform) & pull something off the shelf & walk out the door, would they be klepting or would that be acceptable…? Its completely differ when restaurants offer meals to uniformed persons (other emergency personnel noth excluded) without needeth worry of affording (God[s] knoweth how expensive “affordable cost of living” be). Why only hath a few to no shelter options? As redundant, any business (with proper respect & trust level correleations) needn’t any state/federal intervention/interaction to allow any to sleep on their floors (obviousies of safety & else). If others find a problem, either Good Samaritan & Common Sense laws or needeth conversations. Showers & food heatings are obviously going to be of difficult beseeches. Loves truck stop hath showers, yet aren’t as abundant (nor other truck stops with showers) as they otherwise needeth. Food; too many stores waste food; why noth reach out to a restaurant, or grocer, whom regularly throws out food & offer to purchase? Food Health & Safety forces stores to illegally waste food that can be frozen & otherwise stored for another time; many of these foods can actually be reheated more than twice & stored in the freezer/root cellar for more than 10 years. Much of these foods going to waste could also feed those of us homeless without needeth worry of heating & else (allergies & other safety obviousies). They (governments) tell us we needeth food handlers cards IOT hand out food; what they noth tell us be what parameters are ok for noth such card; obviousies, handing food to someone on the [however] curb looking for (obvective) isn’t an interaction needeth of a food handler’s card - including if of a sandwich (safely) made in the home to hand out, yet noth if intended to make several sandwich to hand out to a single person or group. Other obviousies as to applications parameters; please ensure yi read laws for the narrow/broad areas of such interactions. Though, we’re afraid to allow someone to keep from freezing &/or getting sick; to allow them space to find cope/cool/calm, to fight against someone with a federal/state identification when they interact unethically/immorally - they’re telling us how to treat their own loved & cared; how to treat them. They’re educating us how to behave; telling us regardless of defention trainings, it’s ok to unnecessarily violate the laws & each. Helping others keep their yard[s] preened be proper violations of laws; forcing us out of our homes & a lack of reliable places to sleep/rest are [attempted] murder (by way of environments).

As redundant to any previous: Single person searching for a floor, at least, or rotational floors, please. Am in the middle of searching for programs/assistances to help afford a dwelling aft being illegally evicted (twice) & arrested (twice; once for the eviction & noth leaving, & another for defending against unnecessary disrespects under an agreement to/for a seasonal/fair weather shelter). Depending of the environment, & obvious parameters, I could help where I’m able. I love to cook (I hate being restricted (outside of allergies & etc… (I reduse to acquire a food handler’s card) & to put self knoweth in the risk of other’s)), & I’m a learning gardener. If I pick up garbage, I refuse to pick up tobacco relations - partially to ailments against/of. Possible location for to store [noth all] mine carry; being in needs for to survive tends to acquire rotational needes/wants of survival. Noth vehicle (nor other types of wheels), noth employed (looking for; (at lease beginner) nature photographer), & noth other identifiable companions.
