I’ve noticed a deafening silence across this forum about many current issues which directly impact the communities movement - as well as just plain colonization. Cop City being one. This is a large project designed to train police officers in militant and violent techniques - not only that, but it’s being built on a communal forest treasured by local people (mainly indigenous and black people, who are often silenced.)
How are you all avoiding being modern colonizers while still participating in community?
