Plug ins / Platforms for Online Communities

Hi all! I am working to create an online community (chronic health support) and read the article FIC promoted a while ago about digital layers (Upgrade your community toolbox. Because no-one joins community to make… | by Åsa Isacson | Jan, 2024 | Medium). Does anyone have additional advice on platforms or plug ins that have been particularly helpful for online organizing and support? The more free or cheap the better :slight_smile:
