RBE Co-op Village & Garden
We are rebuilding our ghost town of Clubb, MO. (if you could even call it that because there’s nothing left but a few wells and some ruins.) We are looking for any craftsmen or artisans that would like to run any of the shops that we are creating. A dairy, a butcher, a soap maker, a blacksmith, etc any Artisans really we will help build a small shop if they join our co-op we are doing it silver dollar city style but only open to the public on weekends (most of our business will be done online) To provide the needed raw materials, we are starting EcoJunk and a community garden ( we are kind of doing Garden of Eden Style- rewilding the vegetables and fruits and even our livestock grown in a way to easily be regenerative and much, much less work for us)
Now looking to fill Management positions.
- Elders live onsite and receive a monthly budget,
- 20 to 40 hours per week.
- Hours will depend on numerous factors and may increase and decrease seasonally.
Air Elder- (EcoJunk)
General Description: Eco Junk is WE’s most important division as an environmentally-friendly alternative to demolition, that collects the materials we need for fuel and building materials. Your task is to research to train or recruit already trained deconstruction crews carefully deconstruct the building to salvage as many of the reusable materials as possible, diverting them from local landfills. Salvaged items typically include doors, windows, cabinets, lighting and plumbing fixtures, framing lumber, roofing materials, and flooring.
Fire Elder (Gaian Preist/Preistess)
General Description: Gaia is a common sense Earth-based religion, one of knowing and living. We accept all truths and endeavor to prove their validity. Truths are found in nature, both physical and spiritual, in other religions, in writings, in science, in philosophy, and in Divine Law.
A number of the tenets of other religions are found in the beliefs of Gaians and are reflected in the Declaration of Principles. One constant in all religions is the Golden Rule, expressed in many ways, conveying the message of humanity and love in all interactions.

Gaianism is the Science, Philosophy, and Religion of understanding that we are the Earth’s Stuarts and need to protect it, along with ourselves, by always working together to move forward to a smarter more sustainable future that is free from hurting ourselves and our earth. Earth Elder-Forest Farm and Co-op Farm Manager
Job Description
We are looking for someone who is passionate about regenerative agriculture, has experience farming and building farm infrastructure projects, is highly systematic, and is not intimidated by learning new things. We need an independent worker who can work closely with the farm owners to consult about the strategic vision for the farm then implement that vision with a large degree of independence.
Weekly tasks will include planting, harvesting, collecting eggs, and working on a number of farm infrastructure projects such as installing new garden beds, installing new greenhouses, etc.
Compensation
Monthly budget, site for a home and office, free village shopping plus commission
The Elders live onsite to manage our Village. The village members , shopkeepers and volunteers will not as our village in the Clubb, MO location is not residential yet for a large mount of people. So this will be a quiet private village open during weekdays to Shop Keepers and open to the public every weekend for our events.
