Without reading the replies; I recommend comming up with a work in progress survey that strays from personal information & HIPAA violations. Yi[z] also want something describing/introducing what be yiz’ premise, what yiz’re looking for, where/how far yi[z] plan on going (stationary expantions &/or several places), & etc… Many, I’ve read, hath self built work in progress guides with[out] legal assistances; there is a legal rep working with IC too.
