Hi— a new effort in south Houston, TX focusing on cohousing in a five-unit moderate-income development with common interests/shared feedback. One Mundito, aka One Small World, is an ongoing but essentially developed project seeking topical input or participation. Currently, the project is scheduled for solar of about 24KW in April 2022, water storage, fiber–CAT6 to all units & Cisco 48 port POE switch, 16 camera security, and under construction 16 x 24 Gazebo (2022) for social outdoor use as well as a core area of about 420 sq ft as a common area for communications, mtg, and security. Two pending hardware installs on the blockchain of a decentralized file system and decentralized VPN or DPN as Deeper likes to be called.
