…not because I like the Philly area because I don’t but I am moral and conscientious, disabled with invisible spine disability and can’t relocate at this time. I’m here at age 73 in a 5 bedroom 3 bath home with my husband. We are able to relo eventually but not too far away at this time. We have never had children and never had pets, although we like both but camt have them here currently. Looking for ladies to first become friends first, with homebodies, who have no substance abuse unless it’s something like addiction to sweets which I am! We are easy to get along with but could use some help here. Need good, moral people around 50+, but could be younger, on government income, to live rent free but help with utilities and chip in enough for food. That’s all somewhat negotiable. No you can’t bring your pet dog, cat, etc. I’m allergic to cats and need at least two roommates. Open to two people together but no children. We need homebody types because we drastically curtail our physical contact with people because I can’t afford to get colds as I’m a little immunocompromised and have asthma. Neither my husband nor I had no significant cold symptoms for the years we have limited my physical contact so I know this prevents respiratory infections of all kinds. There are no dumb questions which are sincere so ask away. Available after we have known you enough to have at least a trial move-in. Prefer people with good driving record but not necessary.
