Are there any plant-based or health focused communities without the hippy stuff?

I’m interested to hear if any plant-based or health-focused communities exist that are more practical, without the dancing around campfires, crystals, or obsessing over tofu recipes. I’m not into the super “hippy” stuff—just looking for realistic, balanced discussions on health and lifestyle choices. If anyone knows of any spaces like that, I’d appreciate the recommendations!

I’m whole food plant based (vegan ) aside from salt because I have low blood pressure and don’t have any problems with salt. So I don’t eat animals, oil, refined sugar ( so only fruit for sugar and anything sweet ), no refined flours or preservatives etc… I’m not a hippy and not into anything new age. I’m a Biblical observer but not a “Christian” or tied to any said religion. I don’t watch television but I do watch some youtube. I just watch educational videos. I don’t follow or listen to any pop culture. I don’t listen to pop culture music but I do make my own. I’m not a community but I’m an individual willing to converse with you. Maybe even talk about starting a community? But it takes everybody to make a real community or not. Not everybody is going to be where we are at. Or us where they are at.

I have the same sentiments, am not so mystical as others when it comes to beliefs. I would recommend filtering communities by co-housing (if you can afford to buy your own lot) because they are still participating in mortgages, tend to be more independent of each other. I have visited the folx at Rachel Carson Ecovillage too and they are intellectual, practical people.
