The first time Xilian came to the Thai Home was as a visitor. After experiencing life in the Home for a week, she returned to Singapore and applied to become a Chanyuan member. Since then, she has been actively promoting Lifechanyuan, hosting and supporting Yixian, Baichuan, and Jiejing during their difficult times in Singapore; she also worked with Yangle to explore the possibility of establishing a branch there. It is clear that she holds the second home close to her heart and is filled with enthusiasm and passion for the building of Lifechanyuan.
Yesterday, Xilian returned to Thai home from Singapore. After several months apart, brothers and sisters had deeply missed her, and we greeted each other with warm embraces. We specially prepared dumplings, and everyone joyfully celebrated Xilian’s return to the embrace of Thai home.
This morning, Xilian contributed ideas for the Home’s Mid-Autumn Festival activities; in the afternoon, she personally prepared a delicious Singapore-style prawn dish for everyone. While enjoying the meal, all could deeply feel the boundless love and warmth among brothers and sisters. The happy life in Thai Home fills our hearts with gratitude and cherishing.
