I was raised in northern Canada and through that have developed a strong connection to the northern wilderness.
I have worked as a Data Architect in the past and love designing systems, electronic and otherwise.
NOESERC is my ongoing attempt to create a sustainable, self-sufficient, and complete community in a world that will soon be transitioning to post-fossil fuels, whether it is ready or not.
Think of it as a giant biodome except that in this case the dome itself is invisible.
Progress is slow but every year there is a little more to show.
In a remote location that is covered in a meter of snow for 6 months, can get frost in any month, where the soil is a heavy clay, this is a challenging proposition.
