hi folks, this is geo(Joe), I live in upstate ny and am part of a group that’s trying to start an ic in the Hudson Valley, but we have a long way to go before it becomes reality. I have a house near Newburgh ny that has just been vacated by tenant, and I’m thinking of selling it or doing something creative with it. it’s on 3 acres on quiet road. would consider selling, or sharing with other community minded folks.
I just joined this forum and am looking forward to meeting others in the upstate area or people that would like to live in the Hudson Valley of ny. it’s beautifully green and lush here. it’s spring .
