SEEKING HOUSEMATES - Shared Living - Low-Income - Room Rental

I have been a successful Airbnb Host co-living with my 36 yr. old disabled son.
I have two separate Airbnb listed private rooms
(one w/shared bath, one w/ private bath),
in our 4 bedroom very modest (low income) home
in west-central Florida (north of Dunnellon).

I’ve been successfully hosting since 2015,
and have been wanting to shift away from Airbnb into shared housing.
My rooms are nice, and yet priced for low income because that’s what I experience, somewhat by choice and somewhat by default.
Not much into making profit, nor consumerism.
And, I have empathy and like to help others, as I have been helped.

While, I’ve long enjoyed being a host, very hand’s on and do-it-myself, and the able caretaker, now am getting older, I really need a younger, stronger person with a few DIY skills to help me out.

At present,
I have one person renting in the larger master bedroom en-suite through the end of March at $600 mo. w/utilities.
I also have a person who’s staying through winter
in the smaller room w/shared bath (full size bed) at $350.
So Spring 2023…

We are seeking long-term co-housing room renters - housemates.
Must be clean, respectful of the place, space and each other and on the quiet maybe even introvert side.
