# IC's coolest potential landlord

Hola,  
I’m Sarah, a she. I own a lovely 1,000 square meter piece of an orange orchard in the near-perfect-weather highlands of Panama. Central America, not Florida. My dream is to be the cool landlord to an IC. My barriers:

1. A natural leader, able to inspire confidence in others and rally folks together with the various powers of social media - Not it. Unfortunately. Not my skill set.
2. Extensive knowledge of eco building techniques - Eh. Confronting a learning curve.

But I have some passion behind this too. A background in affordable housing, particularly fund development. I’m an entreprenurial American citizen (at heart, world citizen) living in Mexico. Not yet fluent, but I enjoy my Spanish language immersion.
