Hello! As part of our IC’s formation, we’re working on drafting a Planned Unit Development document. We’re working on finding a Town Planner (or other professional with relevant skills), but before doing so we were hoping to review PUDs for existing ICs to get a sense of what’s involved.

**If anyone is willing to share their community’s Planned Unit Development documents with a nascent IC, please DM me!**
