# Bought land: looking for co creators

hello. i have a small parcel in western nc mountains. close to the nantahala outdoor center which employs lots of people seasonally with adventure jobs, whitewater rafting guides, zipline guides, etc.
as of now there are no utilities on the property. three separate private building sites with driveway. wooded. there is cell service. paved roads. a carport. power is steps away. i’m going to be harvesting rainwater. would like to build a springbox (two springs) and develop solar both at my spot and yours. looking right now for likeminded persons to help develop these systems which will not take long. i’m having a power pole installed in two weeks. there is some solar already. then i plan on buying vintage collectible campers and fixing them with mindfulness and selling them ethically. would you be the perfect collaborator on this? there is space for you to have your own privacy, tiny home, camper. free long term to the right soul(s). couples welcome. anyone with experience building and tools hit me up! also will have a few tiny home sites for sale soon to kindreds. madisonkarina at gmail. i’m a queer woman in my 40s, sober, ethical, caring, warm. i love community but also solitude. looking for good friends and comrades, nothing romantic. if we seem like a good fit email me.

Without yet discussing with a specific; amongst a homeless group, there’s an elder with a potential service companion. Without sharing his personal OpSec/HIPAA (information), he is limited in many areas (as many of us are), & (by observance) in needeth of compatible persons & as much wondering space as possible. I believe they’re a cool person, their companion is friendly, receptive, & noth responds well to/with abrasives/aggressives. If yi could privately respond to me if this might be a potential for them, I’d appreciate it; descriptions (if comfortable/ppssoble) of the scenery & any applicable informations, please?
